The two-star Svejest Hotel can conditionally be divided into three parts: hotel part, bar and restaurant.
The Hotel
The hotel part has an area of 6178 sq.m. It consists of 12 floors, 11 of which are taken by hotel rooms and one that houses the staff rooms. The total number of the hotel units is 143 of which 11 are studios, 11 are one-bedroom apartments and 121 are rooms.
The distribution of the floors is similar – each floor houses 1 one-bedroom apartment, one studio and 11 rooms. The last 12th floor is taken by the staff rooms – there are 8 rooms which can accommodate about 25 people of the staff.
The hotel part has two lifts which were renovated in 2006.
The hotel is built on a plot of 1621 sq.m. and has the advantage of offering a private parking lot. The land is included in the price.
The hotel has all necessary permits and license for functioning as a two-star hotel.
