Business Description:
The company was established in 1997 as a specialized company for manufacture of parts made of thick steel sheets. In over 10 year history, the company has gained a very good technical equipment and qualified personnel.
The company processes averagely between 100 and 120 tons of metal per month, which we use to manufacture between 4 and 5 thousand parts. The parts we manufacture generally include rail switch components, roller bending parts, press and edging machines, machines for production of reinforced workpieces, fork-lifts and electric fork-lifts parts, components for metal constructions, parts for speaker systems, etc.
The company has at its disposal several gas cutting machines and manufactures parts with dimensions of 2000 mm width, 8000 mm length and thickness of the material between 6 mm and 220 mm. Sheet materials of all standard thicknesses from 8 mm to 100 mm are kept in stock.
We also offer manufacturing of electrically welded parts designed by us or by the client, which could also be zinc-coated. Recently, the company opened a forging pressing workshop for manufacturing of package-model wrought parts with a high class of strength. We have at our disposal prepared premises, where we are currently installing the metal-processing machines we’ve purchased for the equipment composition of a mechanic workshop. The mechanic workshop will cover the additional processing of the parts of the forging pressing workshop and the primary workshop.
We are interested in cooperative production for the European market or selling the business as a whole at an agreed price.
