We offer for sale a fully functioning, fully equipped to European standards poultry farm. The farm is engaged in fattening of broilers. The farm has signed a permanent contract with Eco Chicken Varna. The capacity of the farm is about 80 000 chickens. It is located 28 km. away from Varna and extends at a total area of 43 decares, of which 6000 m2 is built-up - a total of 8 buildings, including building for staff, dressing rooms, bathrooms and 6 rooms for accommodation, 15 decares of fruit orchard and 12 decares (lagoons) cesspools, the remaining is free spaces. The whole complex is surrounded by a thick wall of concrete blocks.
The farm has:
- 2 wells and 30 tons water tank plus hydrophore installation. The entire complex is supplied autonomously from these water sources, but it is also connected to the central water supply;
- diesel power generator (100 Kw);
