The hotel will offer twenty studios in the main building and around it. There will be a restaurant with large terrace overlooking the beautiful sunset, as well as a tavern with stairs to the cellar below, where there are barrels of wine, brandy and dried appetizers. The former mining galleries will strengthen and connect with the dungeons of the main building. They will be separated by a cellar in which is to be made yogurt, cheese, dried meat delicacy, and will also secure the cold storage for food products.
There will be a pool, split into an open, sunny part and a closed, shady part used during the winter. There will be a dam 50 m from the hotel, suitable for fishing, swimming and jumping, as well as own farm, which will produce fresh vegetables, fruits, honey, mushrooms, meat, milk and others. Further there will be own stables in which horses are bred for riding.
