The land on which the future hotel is to be built comes with a total area of 6.976 hectares, a geological and geodetic project, 3D conceptual and architectural design. The plot is near the mountain tops. At present, the terrain is leveled and cleaned. Nearby forests were also diluted and cleaned.
Because of its displacement, at some parts the property has been expanded and strengthened. Within the property is built a dam and created a private lake, and is also initiated the construction of the infrastructure of the plot. Additional 400dka are to be purchased for the construction of a farm. This will guarantee the much needed privacy and autonomy of the project.
