The business has excellent potential and a strategy for long-term development, which shall be presented to the new shareholder and co-owner.
The company has a license for usage of a water source for the purpose of power plant construction. The project capacity is 1600 kW/h yearly or annual input of 5-7 mln kW/h. The project is currently being overlooked at the municipal Council.
The offer is for selling 49% of the business at a price of 400 000 EUR or a percentage not less than 60% for 600 000 EUR.
