Houses:
The houses will be constructed as follows:
-wooden crafted roof covered with the system BRAMAC
-the houses have solid structure
-high quality brown UPVC window frames
-garage in every house
-the houses are thermo and water insulated
-the ceilings and the walls are painted with emulsion
-floors finished with laminated parquet
-toilets and bathrooms finished with porcelain and ceramic tiles.
Every house has local heating system installed
Stage of completion of the houses:
13 houses are about to obtain Statute 14 (of which 2 are without roof covering and another one has only one roof layer), 3 houses have only foundation and another 3 are still just in project level. The power transformer for the complex will be constructed from Eon – Gabrovo (contract is already made)
